Wedding Day Itinerary

We are delighted to share this special day with you in the breathtaking beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Below is the itinerary for our wedding celebration - designed to be a day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Dress Code
Come however you feel comfortable. We’ll be keeping it casual ourselves - Mikey will be in jeans, and Jax will be wearing a dress she bought on our very first weekend away together. The theme has a western touch, and our colour is turquoise/teal, but what matters most is that you feel like yourself. If you love dressing up in a suit, go for it! If your favourite jeans make you happiest, that’s perfect too.

Ceremony | 2:00 PM

Location: Whistler’s Plateau
Our ceremony will take place at Whistler’s Plateau, a scenic outdoor space at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge overlooking Lac Beauvert and the surrounding mountains. It’s just a short walk from the main lodge. Directional signs and maps are located around the property to guide you there, and staff will also be happy to help point the way.

Afternoon at Leisure

After the ceremony, take time to explore the serene surroundings of Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Enjoy a peaceful lakeside stroll, or simply take in the beauty of Jasper before the evening festivities begin. You can find our recommendations of our favourite Jasper activities here.

Cocktail Hour | 5:00 PM

Savour handcrafted cocktails and elegant canapés as we gather to celebrate the evening ahead. In honour of our shared love for LEGO, we’ve created a playful interactive activity - guests will have the chance to build their own centrepiece, with helpers on hand to guide the fun.

This part of the celebration will take place upstairs in the Golf Clubhouse’s Tonquin Room. Directional signage and helpful staff will be available to guide you on your way.

Dinner Reception | 6:30 PM

Indulge in a beautifully curated five-course plated dinner, thoughtfully designed by our chef to delight the senses. Raise a glass, share stories, and enjoy an evening of fine dining in the company of loved ones.

Dinner will also take place upstairs in the Golf Clubhouse’s Tonquin Room. Guests will receive a generous discount on drinks. Please remember to tip your bartenders - card machines will be available for your convenience.

Dancing & Celebration | 7:30 PM

As the night unfolds, we invite you to join us on the dance floor, where the legendary Tommy K from Alpine Music will provide an unforgettable soundtrack to our celebration.

Our special day will be beautifully captured by Clove Photography, with florals crafted from LEGO - because love, like LEGO, is built to last.
